We will monitor your home alarm 24/7, 365 days a year to ensure that your alarm is never ignored providing you with complete peace of mind. Our home alarms are linked via a telephone line to our UK based alarm monitoring centres.
In the event of an alarm activation our alarm monitoring centres will be alerted. Once we have confirmed the alarm we will contact you, a keyholder and/or the emergency services. We aim to filter out false alarms.

We can take over other alarm companies systems. We would carry out an initial visit and then cover the system. The type and age of the system would depend on price and whether we can cover it parts and labour. If you are interested in us taking over a monitored system then we have to pay a nominal fee to the police to transfer the Unique Reference Number to us.
